We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our new Ayurvedic Centre in Derby. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Ayurvedic treatments and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic wellness and experience managing a service-based business.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the centre, staff supervision, inventory management, and creating an inviting and relaxing environment for clients. You will also work closely with Ayurvedic practitioners to ensure smooth operations and optimal client care.

Job Requirnment

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the wellness, spa, or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles and treatments (experience in an Ayurvedic centre is a plus).
• Ability to manage and train staff, including therapists, customer service representatives, and support personnel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling, budgets, and inventory.
• Proficient in using digital tools and software for bookings, customer relationship management (CRM), and staff scheduling.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety in the workplace.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if required.
